I tried to Anthem, not pay for my mother for the decline of almost 2 years, in motion. I am desperate to cheat, I just refuse to continue. What is more possible than I do? I have physical therapy, trigger point injections, pills, pain killers, all that good stuff ... and nothing. Suggestions? I'm open to everything.

I was refused by two other insurance companies and finally, it is assumed the insurance for my new job. Does your insurance job? Hymn to call and ask why you refuse. have their family doctor and Gynecology write letters and explain the years of pain and suffering. Good luck!
Received written opinions from two doctors that they have a medically necessary procedure. If you are convinced that an operation is less costly than the treatment of pain as well, money talks.
